Football for the benefit of society: kick-off for the first NFV Sustainability Report

The Football Association of Lower Saxony (NFV) has 642,000 enthusiastic members and 2,661 active clubs. Over the past few years the NFV has developed a holistic approach to social responsibility in football. Now it is going to introduce this approach for the benefit of all. The launch of the first NFV Sustainability Report is designed to show what a football association is currently able to achieve and what it will be able to achieve for society in the future.

The NFV made Ruschke und Partner part of the team because our experience in sustainability communication set us up perfectly to realise this project. We assisted the NFV by planning and implementing the project as well as by providing a visual concept.

A great communications package for 20 years of the DFB volunteer campaign

The principle upon which the German Football Association (DFB) has successfully promoted volunteer work is to focus on people in order to benefit the team. There are currently more than 1.7 million volunteers putting their heart and soul into German football teams. The 20th anniversary of the DFB volunteer campaign is a good opportunity to say thank you.

Ruschke und Partner has also put together a communications package that includes a wide range of emotional measures. One of the undoubted highlights is the 90-second campaign trailer, which encapsulates the importance of volunteers and serves as an activator. We are also responsible for the visual conception of the accompanying celebratory publication in the DFB’s new corporate design.

Hot off the press: a new employee magazine for the VW factory in Wolfsburg

Ten years ago, Volkswagen launched the “Das Werk” newsletter to keep employees up to date with the daily goings-on in the factory. Now, the new employee magazine “Das Werk”, which provides additional information to the weekly newsletter, has just come off the press for the first time. This publication puts the focus on people as well as technology: on the employees, who show their commitment to their job day after day and who fill the factory with life through their work.

Ruschke und Partner’s pitch for the employee magazine convinced VW with an approach of combining rational and emotional content. After an intensive editorial workshop and the realization of the visual design, the first edition has now appeared in tabloid format.
